Added accordions to all elements in the result section. This should make navigating the results quite a bit easier.
Global Filter
Added a brand new filter for the latest data upload from a substation. This can be used to find and identify substations that have not uploaded data in a specific time range.
UI/UX
Updated the disabled colour for all buttons. The UI should now be a lot more consistent.
Updated the charting library to the latest version! Performance should now be faster as well as a lot better display on smaller screens. Charts might look slightly different.

Fixed a bug that would cause an inhumane amount of error snackbars to appear when something went wrong with a simulation.

Fixed a typo on the substations over the last 7 days chart

Fixed an issue where the position of the language selection dropdown would appear on the left side of the screen.
Substation/Cluster Explore
Fixed a bug where the daily average calculation would be off, if some hours were missing. (Like in the case of daylight savings)
